Wintry for Hanukkah :)

Celebrating the second day of Hanukkah, I have a simple wintry makeup look inspired by the blue and white color combination of this wonderful Jewish holiday. As you know, I'm someone who celebrates it all... Not only am I a person of mixed background, but I am also a New Yorker who embraces all things culture related, hence I celebrate Xmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, New Years and more--bring it on!!! I love the festivities :)))

Hope you're all happy and healthy. Today's post is a lashes review + easy makeup look in one, and I created this one just in time for Halloween. I've been carelessly neglecting the fact that Halloween is heavily revolved around makeup, so the next few posts will be dedicated strictly to costume makeup for this grandiose occasion!! Red Lash Special

In today's post, I'm reviewing a pair of red hot lashes I got from KKCenterHK and featuring a costume-y makeup look inspired by the lashes. Because I've seen way too many Jessica Rabbit makeup recreations on blogs and YouTube, I decided to do something a lil different. My interpretation is slightly darker, more along the lines of McQueen and Gaga, if you get my drift (though these falsies would be perfect for a JR costume, dahling). In today's post, I'm doing a review of two sets of lashes, sent to me by KKCenterHK. This company specializes in natural and synthetic lashes as well as wigs, nails, makeup and many more beauty related products. I received several pairs of upper and lower lashes and decided to come up with a cute / spunky look to suit these awesome falsies. Here's my colorful creation :)
