Some of you have even guessed that this blog post was coming and you were absolutely right!! Today's quickie fashion post is all about the coveted chambray shirt (my fave from J.Crew). Everyone seems to own one and there are so many ways to wear it, so I thought why not challenge myself and wear it on 6 separate occasions? "Pink October" Makeup

Hello beauties! There's nothing that I love more than clean makeup, lustrous locks and a crisp outfit to celebrate the chilly season of Fall. In honor of "Pink October", a month-long campaign to bring awareness and help fight breast cancer, I've put together a classic pink and red makeup look that is easy to wear and replicate. In this post, you'll also find a recent OOTD with a contrasting pop of color that I wore to a semi-casual occasion. Bonjour mes belles! The weekend is here, yet this fall NY weather is a bit somber, so what better way to spice up your Saturday night than by rocking a fierce classic smokey eye! For today's special, I've prepared a long post, including a pictorial-tutorial and a VIDEO tutorial, walking you through this must-have makeup look. This is one of my most requested tutorials and I'm using my favorite smokey eye palette: Lancome "Gris Fatale". Makeup & Fashion: Pink, Taupe, Crisp & Clean

Hi beauties and Happy October 1!! My birth month is here and I've got so much on the agenda: 

October is breast cancer awareness month, so throughout the month I'll be sharing all the ways you can get involved, tell your stories of survival or support and help raise awareness by joining the many brands that are spearheading these campaigns. 

This month, you can also expect at least a look or two for Halloween (my fave holiday) and I'm happy to take requests, so feel free to leave me a comment. I have a few tricks up my sleeve, so I'm hoping to surprise you!!

Today, on ze blog, I'm kicking it off with a simple look fit for #WearableWednesday. I'm going for a bright purplish-pink pout and taupe smokey eyes to offset my "crisp and chill" outfit of the day.

Hi beauties! It's "Neutral Makeup" season and I find myself reaching for my Motives Mavens Element Palette more often than any other. The Element has the perfect compilation of Autumn-appropriate shades for day or night that result in fool-proof smokey eyes every time. This palette is by far my favorite neutrals palette out there and I love to pair it with classic styles and outfits. Today's post is highlighting just that, featuring a cool-toned neutral smokey eye and my go-to denim on denim outfit of the day + bonus "neutrals with a twist" nails.

Bonjour mes amis!! There's something about the early fall season that puts me in the mood for cozy flannels and a grungy color palette. Come October, I'll be well over the trend and back to my usual mix of nudes and brights, but for the meantime, I'm all about embracing autumn in its full glory. Today, on ze blog: soft, velvety smokey eyes paired with matte lips and a modern twist on a throwback outfit inspired by the 90's music scene. It's taking me back to my school days and how I wished to have looked if I were an adult at the time!

Hello my loves!! It's that time again -- time for a new VIDEO tutorial!!! In this edition, I'm featuring Lancome "French Idole" 2014 Fall Color Collection inspired by shimmering jewel tones and the iconic sophistication of Parisian style. As you may know, Lee and I spent a few days in LA for the NYX Awards and then traveled to Las Vegas for the first ever Vegas Nay Stardust Tour!! "Out of the Blue" Makeup & Style

Hey beauties! It's 7-something AM in LA, but I'm still on NY time. I'm feeling a little woozy from the traveling, but I'm ecstatic over the anticipation of the events to come in the next few weeks. I'm starting my day in clear and sunny downtown LA where Lee and I will be for the next few days for the NYX Face Awards 2014 and then for some downtime with friends. On Monday, we'll be flying straight to Vegas for the upcoming Vegas Nay Stardust Tour, where we will be participating as featured guests. "Pink Lemonade" Summer Makeup & OOTD

Hey beauties!! Here's a little recap of what I wore last week for Sunday brunch. This look was inspired by one of my old looks from when I first started blogging and looking back I'm almost shocked at how much my makeup skills have improved since then lol... I decided to modernize the makeup by adding a stronger gradient and a fiercer wing, also pairing it with a current nude lip and highlighted skin.

Hi girls, it's been a gloomy few days in NYC, so Lee and I have been locked up at home working on our latest video tutorial. We finished just in time and we're really proud of this one. The look is girly, sparkly and sunny -- great for a daytime summer event where you want to look a bit more than every day. I call it "Summer Sparkle" and I used mostly Motives to create this festive, easy makeup look.
