Summer Style: Kaftans & Corals

Quick post today beauties, just wanted to share my latest obsession for Asa Kaftans "Lagos" kaftan-dress, designed by my amazing friend Asa Soltan. Asa picked the perfect high and low trendy style and the most luxurious snakeskin pattern, and this combo made the dress so versatile and flattering. Not only is it the perfect glamorous cover-up for the beach, but it's also just a stunning piece that can dress up any hot summer night when worn with heels. The best part is that the kaftan takes minimal styling since it's already such a statement piece. Just add your favorite coral lipstick or nails and you're good to go!

"Summer Sparkle" VIDEO TUTORIAL & OOTD

Hi girls, it's been a gloomy few days in NYC, so Lee and I have been locked up at home working on our latest video tutorial. We finished just in time and we're really proud of this one. The look is girly, sparkly and sunny -- great for a daytime summer event where you want to look a bit more than every day. I call it "Summer Sparkle" and I used mostly Motives to create this festive, easy makeup look.

Hey beauties!! I'm in the mood for color, and today I'm bringing back one of my favorite color combos, mint + purple, plus a step-by-step tutorial to help you achieve this look. I drew my inspiration from "Peacocky" -- one of the first looks I posted on my blog back in 2011, but I'm reinventing it using Motives Cosmetics and a fresh take on smokey eyes. Summer Makeup: Blue Lashes

Hi dolls!! Warm weather is finally here, sort of, and it's my favorite time of the year to experiment with color. Today, I'm whipping out my electric blue mascara and pairing it with a simple cat eye smokey to bring all attention to my peepers. Blue lashes are über fresh, flirty and attention grabbing, plus, it's a quick and easy idea for adding that summer-ready pop of color to your makeup routine! For this eye look, all you'll need is a bright blue mascara, a few neutral eyeshadows (ELEMENT Palette), and a jet black liner. Easy, different and totally eye-catching :)

Hello Summer! Pink & Nude Makeup & Outfit

Hello gawjus!! Every summer, I go out and buy myself a pair of pink bottoms -- there's just something so fun and flirty about hot pink cigarette pants or a flouncy magenta skirt -- it makes me feel über girly and stylish!! This season, I'm keeping up with my tradition with these vibrant linen crop pants from Asos. I love these so much that I'm using them as my inspiration for today's outfit post and makeup look. It's a great little number for welcoming the summer with the long weekend!!
