Summer Makeup: The "Mermaid" Turquoise

Hello my darlings!! This week has been filled with activities and lots of meetings and I've been so busy, I haven't had a chance to put together a new look. However, in honor of Throwback Thursday aka #TBT, I'm bringing back an oldie, but a goodie, just in time for the summer and the annual Coney Island mermaid parade for all my NY peeps. This look is part wearable part fantasy and it's sure to turn the heads of all makeup freaks and mermaid fanatics. Plus, it's easier than in looks!!

Hello Summer! Pink & Nude Makeup & Outfit

Hello gawjus!! Every summer, I go out and buy myself a pair of pink bottoms -- there's just something so fun and flirty about hot pink cigarette pants or a flouncy magenta skirt -- it makes me feel über girly and stylish!! This season, I'm keeping up with my tradition with these vibrant linen crop pants from Asos. I love these so much that I'm using them as my inspiration for today's outfit post and makeup look. It's a great little number for welcoming the summer with the long weekend!!

"Ocean Waves" Artistic French Nail Art

Hello darlings!! It's only Tuesday, but my week has already been too long haha, good thing I'm working on new and exciting projects that I can't wait to share! Salut mes belles!! Today's post is an all-inclusive, featuring a Spring OOTD (outfit of the day) and a fab makeup to match, plus a step-by-step tutorial to help you achieve this look. I've gotten a few requests for colorful makeup looks, and this one was inspired by none other than Spring flowers. I'm using my fave Motives Cosmetics for the face and incorporating a few of my favorite Spring pieces from my go-to shopping spots to complete the outfit.

Maryam Maquillage for Nailtini: Prom-Perfect Nail Art

Hi guys!! Exciting news!! I've teamed up with Nailtini The Lacquer Cabinet to bring you my first ever nail polish collection. This collaboration took place almost a year ago and was curated and mixed last August, after my adventurous trip to Southeast Asia, which ended up inspiring the vibrant colors and textures of these polishes. I'm really proud of this collection and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!! 

For this post, I used two shades from my collection and put together two colorful designs just in time for Prom Season. I'm keeping it "pretty in pink" on the nails and totally bedazzled on the toes, bringing you this fun & youthful mani-pedi nail art combo.

Hello beauties! Wayne Goss is at it again, this time, bringing us his amazing eye brush collection, The Eye Set. If you've read my RAVE review on The Face Set, you may be surprised that I'm even more excited about this set. Truth is, these eye brushes are so smart and expertly-made that they truly cut the eye makeup time in half, making that intimidating smokey eye an easy-peasy, every day staple.
