Ni-hao dear friends!! Today's makeup / style post is inspired by the four elements: earth, air, fire, and water and is featuring my newest fashion collaboration!
Salut mes amis! As the title of this post suggests, I am in love with this month's Glossybox! The August edition features two full sized products (Illamasqua Nail Varnish valued at $14 and Ellis Faas lip color valued at $35), making the $21/month subscription a steal -- just do the math!
Salut mes belles! With only a few days left in the month of August, I find myself in a melancholy and nostalgic mood, reminiscing about the cheerful days of my favorite season and transitioning into the seriousness of fall. Although, I'm no longer in school, the end of summer still signifies the beginning of the new school year, even for me; and as much I dreaded school, I also loved it and sometimes wish I could go back in time. Anyway, I digress... Today's makeup look is "Back 2 School" inspired and was created using one of my favorite brands and makeup mediums: Dinair Airbrush Makeup! Why? Because it's easy, fun and can save you a lot of time when getting ready in the morning!
Bonjour mes amis!! It's a Friday Party on my wrist and fingertips! Featured today are some sparkling, studded and sleek bracelets from Stella & Dot, courtesy of my friend Aida -- an independent stylist with the company -- plus, a fresh, blinging mani to up the pizazz. Who's joining my arm party?
Salut mes belles et mes beaus! I hope your weekend was fun filled and relaxing. Mine was a bit of both: I partied on Saturday at Moma PS1 the Warm Up (a must do summer rave if you're ever in NY) and had "Sunday-Funday" with the girls while getting pampered at L'Occitane En Provence (avec du vin, bien sur!). I Must say, I'm feeling quite rejuvenated and ready to tackle my week, so let me get started!
Today's maquillage was worn to the Green Your Beauty Routine blogger event I attended last week. I wanted to stay true to the theme of the day, so I created my eye look using eco-friendly mineral eyeshadows from Zosimos Botanicals, an all green company I had worked with in the past, which was also was featured at the event!

Salut mes belles! It's been a hectic & exciting week, but I'm back on the bloggy and happy it's Friday! This week, I've hosted some house guests, attended my siblings' birthday party, went to a couple of beauty blogger events and met a lot of new fabulous people from all walks of life! Perhaps, I'll revisit some of my personal events in future posts, but right now, I'd like to introduce you to some wonderful green products I acquired at the "Green Your Beauty Routine" NYC beauty blogger event. A big thanks to hosts Kimberlee and Nicole, as well as the participating companies and key speakers!
Today's green nail art was created in time for Eid (a celebration marking the end of Ramadan) and was made possible with NYC's leading eco-friendly nail polish line: Priti NYC. I figured I'd kill two birds with one stone :)
Bonjour mes amis! It's been a while since I've done a simple "Eye of the Day" post, so I figured I'd bring it back for Monday. This eye makeup is neutral, work appropriate, and can be replicated by anyone, so keep reading for the how-to and more pix!
Salut mes amis! Today's makeup / accessories post is made possible with a little help from my friend Aida, an independent stylist with Stella & Dot, a celeb favorite jewelry brand responsible for styling many of today's hottest stars. While I'm not a star nor a celebrity (not yet haha), I sure feel like one in these gorgeous dangling Tigris earrings! My ready-to-wear exotic maquillage is inspired by the earrings, that's why today, I'm a Tigress from Tigris!

Salut mes amis, I'm back from my Cape Cod getaway and am eager to share this fresh, aquatic "summer vacay" nail art! This design is a literal interpretation of the ocean seafloor and was inspired by the current ombre nails trend. Looks complicated? NOT! It's super easy to duplicate -- come with me for the how-to!
