Hello my beauty CОМЯADES! Today's manicure is paying homage to my Russian culture and its most common delicacy: ze Red Caviar. You may recall my dark and demure Black Caviar nails post from last fall -- the design was so popular that I decided to bring it back and create a summer version. Voila!

The pic above is taken from my personal collection and is a small snippet of a dinner table from my cousin's backyard birthday feast. Red Caviar sandwiches on white (Russian) bread with sweet butter is the most typical appetizer in Russian dining and is also one of my favorites. As much as caviar is considered a delicacy in the West (perhaps even a bit taboo), it is actually quite normal and common for us, Russians.

Tell me that doesn't look like a bunch of red fish eggs on my thumb?

The stones are super shiny and sparkly, plus the larger diameter makes these ideal for makeup application, as well. I used all four orange shades and the pearl shade to create a gradient of "fish eggs" on top of the papaya colored polish, and just the pearl shade to accent the ring finger nails.
