Hey beauty lovers of the world! I told y'all last week I'm BACK!! Today's post is a goodie that I've been wanting to share for so long, but been a bit hesitant chicken about it... Anyway, I finally decided to "let it rip" and created a video showcasing two of my favorite hair techniques, popularly dubbed as hacks, to make your ponytail appear fuller and your hairline appear thicker. This is a good one, trust me... Once you're hooked, you'll never go back. You're welcome :)

Hello my beauties and Happy Saturday!! What are your summer weekend plans? Are you heading to any garden soirées, picnics in the park or beach side bonfires? Today's look and video tutorial were prepared just for that. I took my go-to makeup look (cat eye + bright lips) and summer-proofed it to fit in with some of the season's most popular outdoor celebrations. This look was inspired by Chloe Wine Pinot Grigio (my favorite for a park-side picnic) and is the second installment of my Chloe Summer Beauty collab with Chloe Wine

Arabian Nights, Arabian Days

Salam Alaykum!!

Today, I'm excited to present my first ever Arabic makeup look, fulfilling a special request for my dear friend Maria. Arabic makeup can be worn on any special occasion or none at all, and in this case, I'm featuring the look specifically for Halloween. This makeup can be worn with many Halloween Arabic inspired costumes, such as Arabian Princess or even Princess Jasmine. Maria's costume is an Americanized sexy Arabic Princess costume dress / cover-up in teal with gold accents. Keeping the color scheme in mind, here's the makeup look I created for Maria:

Viva Scarlett Feva!

Salut les filles :))

If you can't tell by the title of my post, my maquillage du jour is inspired by the one and only Scarlett Johansson. The look I'm replicating today was worn by Miss Scarlett to Sunday's Academy Awards. Although, she got a lot of hate from the fashion police, I think she was by far the best dressed on the red carpet, and certainly deserves an award for her makeup and gown. Besides, who made Giuliana and Kelly Osbourne experts anyway?... they know nothing about looking good. With that said, my beautiful muse receives the Scarlett Letter A from moi :))

P. S. In this look, I will not be pretending like I'm Scarlett Jo; I'm not blond and I look nothing like her (shucks), so I'll be applying the makeup as I would on moi :))

bisous,

Maryam Maquillage
