Nail Art, Toe Art!

Bonjour mes amis! Spring is right around the corner and I'm super excited because I finally get to showcase my fresh pedi! It's safe to say that Nail Art is here to stay, and I'm guessing that the next big wave in nails will be toe art. I'm predicting lots of colors, textures and hand-painted designs, as well as embellishments, 3D decor and length (Yikes!). One would have to be a contortionist to DIY some of these on the feet, but luckily we have plenty of ready-to-wear nail art available right at your Kiss counter at a nearby drugstore.

Read on to learn more!

Most of you are already familiar with Kiss Nail Dress -- these babies are some of the best nail stickers out there, offering at home convenience and a wide array of designs to match anyone's taste or style. The Kiss Nail Dress collection is available at most drugstores, as well as Walmart stores nationwide, so it's very accessible and affordable. Some of my favorite Nail Dress designs come from the Limited Edition Series designed by Kiss Celebrity Ambassador and Reality TV Star Katie Cazorla. Katie's outgoing, fun-loving personality shines and sparkles through her Nail Dress line and makes her signature strips so much fun to wear! I am totally obsessed and cannot get enough!
On My Nails, I'm Wearing:
  • Kiss Nail Dress Katie Cazorla Spring Series in Fantabulous -- this bright tie dye design is so stunning on the nails that it actually makes the hands look moe tan and healthy! I love the vibrant combo of magenta, yellow, purple and orange -- it reminds me of hot, burning lava and makes me anticipate the warmer days even more!
    • Price: $7
    • Launching in April
  • Kiss Nail Dress Katie Cazorla Spring Series in Premiere Party -- a funky floral & geometric design reminiscent of fireworks, worn on the accent nails.
  • Kiss Gel Top Coat -- used to seal the Nail Dress and add shine & longevity
  • Kiss PRO LED Lamp -- used to cure the gel
  • Kiss 3D Charms -- used to decorate the flowers on the accent nails
On My Toes, I'm Wearing:
  • Kiss Gradation Polishes -- this kit includes three mono-chromatic polishes to create ombré or gradient nails in three easy steps!
    • Price per kit: $7
    • Four color combos: silver/slate; cream/gold; peach/coral; light/dark blue
    • Currently available at Walmart stores nationwide
  1. Apply 2 coats of step 1 polish, let it dry.
  2. Apply 1 coat of Step 2 polish on the tip of the nail, about a third of the nail. Don't worry about being neat -- the messier the better!
  3. Before Step 2 coat is dry, apply one coat of Step 3 polish on half of the nails to blend in the previous color. Let it dry before applying your top coat and repeat on the other hand.

P. S. Kiss Nail Dress can also be used on the toes!
On My Toes, I'm Wearing:
  • Kiss Nail Dress Katie Cazorla Valentine's Day Series in Be Mine -- Katie told me she's obsessed with tie dye, and after wearing this design on my toesies, so am I!! How cute?!
  • Kiss Gel Top Coat -- used to seal the Nail Dress and add shine & longevity
  • Kiss PRO LED Lamp -- used to cure the gel

On My Nails, I'm Wearing:
  • Kiss Nail Dress Katie Cazorla Spring Series in Overnight Success -- French or Full floral design that's perfect for spring! This manicure was executed by nail artist Daria Hardeman for Kiss Nails at the Kiss Nail Art Party.
  • Kiss 3D Stickers -- used to embellish the flowers.
Throwin' gang signs with Katie Cazorla <3
